Our classes are combining circuit training exercises with introductory techniques in 

martial arts practices such as boxing and kickboxing. Our trainers will push our customers through cardio training, body-weight movements, and weight training.

High Intensity Interval Training is a form of strength training, focusing on performing quality weight training repetitions to the point of momentary muscular failure. The training takes in to account number of repetitions, amount of weights and the amount of time the muscle is exposed to tension in order to maximize amount of muscular fiber recruitment.

Aerobics combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.

Move, smile and grove to the African version of traditional aerobic, with African tunes and dance moves, rounded off with stretching and core exercises. 


We currently offer Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, a style often promoted as a modern day form of Indian yoga. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements. 



Boxing demands rhythm, flexibility, strength and stamina. Our classes focus on technique, strength and endurance and is perfect for all levels. Perfect wether you dream of pursuing fighting one day, or if you just want to do the fitness.

We offer boxing classes from introductory to advanced level, both mixed classes and women only. 


Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching and is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.


We offer kickboxing for all levels. Our trainers are professional fighters with fighting records, and our senior trainer is the former holder of the East African Champion title for Kickboxing. 


Muay Thai is a combat sport where competitors fight standing like in western boxing, but use of elbows, knees and kick strikes are allowed. 

We provide Muay Thai classes for all levels, with skilled professional trainers, holding fighting records. Our head trainer in Dar Es Salaam is the current holder of the East African Champion title. We also offer graduation for dedicated students. 


The uniqueness of Capoeira will give the body physical strength, power and flexibility. Our classes involve learning the basic movements and sequences of the sport, while also working on balance, range of movement, flexibility, and capoeira music. Open to all levels, for adults and kids – or mixed for families that wants to pursue the classes together.

Our kids capoeira classes involve learning the basics of the sport, but also focus on the language and music involved in capoeira – Portuguese. Kids will learn multiple capoeira songs that they will be able to sing on their own as well as in a group, and they will learn to play basic instruments (such a tambourine, berimbau and drum). As students´ progress in our classes, they will have the opportunity to graduate to higher levels of capoeira.

Our kids kickboxing classes will focus on the various techniques of the sport in a safe environment. The children will be exposed to various boxing techniques, as well as safely learn how to fall, different kicks, as well as general cardio and core-strengthening exercises. Fun is a priority in our classes and the children will be given tools for building self-confidence discipline and increase muscle awareness. 


Our kids boxing classes teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as, stance, guard, movement, jab, cross and hook. It increases strength and improves endurance. The classes will also include cardio, shadow boxing, pad work and core strengthening exercises, as well as partner drills and exercise games customized to appropriate age. Boxing skills will give kids self-defence tools as well as self-confidence and keeping them active and physically fit.
